We own a now 6-strong fleet that allows us to manage our own transport service and enables us to offer same day deliveries for urgent requirements. This ensures we give our customers the best support that we can. The couriers have live tracking technology which means that we can tell you where your delivery is in real time.

On top of all this, we also offer order confirmations which are automatically sent to you via email when your order has been placed or processed. Please do ensure we have your correct email details so you don’t miss out on this added benefit.

When placing an order please ensure you highlight any special requirements and we’ll make a note. We’ll contact you on a regular basis determined by your order patterns, but please feel free to contact us at any time. Orders placed in writing can help eliminate any errors, so please do consider emailing us where possible.

Logistics

We now own a 6-strong fleet of vehicles to ensure that we offer our customers a high standard delivery service.

Earthmet offer a guaranteed same day and next day delivery service to any site in mainland UK. We have our own fleet of vehicles along side our own approved couriers to ensure we meet our customers’ needs.

Manufacturing

As a group we have invested heavily over recent years and now boast the largest capacity for fabricated copper Busbar components in the UK for the electrical and power industries.

Utilising the latest CNC Hole Cut technology and Industry specific forming machinery. This in conjunction with the vast stock range in both Imperial and metric sizes allows us to offer exceptional quality components manufactured / fabricated to your specification. This service is available for 1 off prototypes to bulk production that can be supplied on a Kanban system if required.

Existing processing equipment:

  • 3 x Automatic hole punch machines with 6 and 9 tool carousels
  • 1 x EHRT bending machine
  • 2 x Euromac 500 Digibend
  • 1 x PEM Insert machine
  • 1 x Electric Oven for sleeving / Insulation requirements
  • 3 x Drilling Station
  • 2 x CNC Bandsaws
  • 1 x CNC Circular saw
  • 1 x CNC Vertical Milling Centre
  • 3 x Linishing stations

Automatic Punching capacity:

  • 12mm up to 200mm wide
  • 2.4mm up to 15mm thickness

We believe in the continual development through training and education. Our premises with its bespoke training facilities gives us the opportunity to offer on-site support.

We have the facilities to hold bespoke training here on-site. Whether it be to learn more about our product range and develop your skill set, or to attend a CPD seminar, our premises are ideal.

Our external demo area is ideal for our electrical engineering teams, whilst our interior high-spec training room gives the perfect environment for learning about our products.

Meet The Team

Paul Graham

Director

Paul set the company up back in 2014 along with fellow director Paul Bird. He has over 30 years’ experience in the supply of earthing materials to the DNO’s and their subcontractors.

Kyle Bird

Operational Sales Manager 

Kyle manages the northern half of the country and has a number of years’ experience forging new business relationships. A keen Aston Villa fan, he also likes to spend time building his home gym or on the Golf course.

Adam Kerr

Global Sales Manager 

Adam looks after the southern half of the country and specialises in all technical aspects of the business. He has spent a number of years forging strong relationships with customers ans suppliers and excels in the field of technical knowledge. A keen West Bromwich Albion fan, he also likes to spend time expanding his knowledge by reading and is also a keen cook.

 

Paula Taylor

Administration Manager

Paula ensures the smooth running of the accounts and admin divisions and has keen eye for detail. An keen reader and walker, Paula likes to spend time with her family at the weekend, and is known to hold the occasional dinner party

Lynn Smart

Administration Support

Lynn provides support to the Accounts and
logistics side of the business ensuring all deliveries
are booked in and out accurately. In her spare time Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and going to concerts.

Darren Hughes

Regional Sales Manager

Darren is our Resident Cable guy. Joining the company when Cable Jointing Solutions merged with Earthmet he has bought years of experience to the team with his technical expertise and looks after the North East area.

Aaron Osborne

Regional Sales Manager

Aaron manages the Midlands region and is our
resident “Tech Whizz”. He has a number of years of experience dealing with large corporate customers and maintaining relationships. Outside of work he manages his own sunday league football team.

Kay Burden

Administration Support

Kay provides Administration and account support
to the wider team at Earthmet. In her spare time kay enjoys retail therapy and spends a lot of time in the kitchen cooking up some culinary classics.
