Description

The system of exothermic welding uses moulds to contain the exothermic reaction that creates safe and robust connections. Different types of moulds are available, whose use depends on the requirements of the project. The graphite moulds are extremely robust and capable of producing 75 connections each.

Some of the more common mould configurations are listed below along with the correct powders needed, tools and handle clamps. For more details on other configurations, please call us on 01922 714 290 and ask to speak to Kyle, Paul or Adam. Alternatively email us at sales@earthmet.co.uk with the size of conductors you want to weld together, the type of joint and how many welds you need to do.
